Korengal Valley Deployment
7/15/16 - 8/15/16
Mission Statement
To secure and protect the Forward Operating Bases (FOB’s) in the Korengal Valley. Whilst helping and securing the hearts and minds of the local villagers around said FOB’s. To liberate towns from clutches of local insurgents. Prepare the FOB for use by soldiers in the 10th Mountain Division, who shall relieve you from your positions on 8/15/16.
Operating Procedures
Each fireteam shall be deployed to an FOB. Including company command. Platoon command and higher will stay at the primary base. You shall rotate FOB’s every five days. Injured soldiers will be sent back to the primary base, and returned to combat when ready. Some soldiers may be deployed specially, and have different jobs, depending on which FOB they are stationed at.
